GROW’s Birth Prep Prenatal Yoga Program is for you if you want to do everything you can to feel prepared for the physical and emotional marathon ahead. You can attend in person, on zoom, or on your own time with class recordings.

Birth Prep Prenatal Yoga includes:
- Stretching and strengthening to prepare your body for labor and decrease pregnancy discomfort.
- Education and exercises for abdominal and pelvic floor health so that you are stronger postpartum.
- Breathing techniques and positions to use in labor.
- Visualization and imagery to build confidence and release fear.
- Community building and peer support.
Whether you are planning an epidural, aren’t sure about pain medication, or are preparing for an unmedicated birth, this twice a month, 1 hour class will guide you on an empowered path for the life-changing event of birth.
This class should not replace taking a childbirth education class.
