- You had a baby. Now it’s time to GROW STRONG! This flowing, strength-building yoga class focuses on cultivating full-body reconnection and strength through movement, breath work, and education. You can expect a well-rounded practice with abdominal, glute, and upper body strengthening exercises, breath work and mobility; all with thoughtful awareness of your pelvic floor, abdominals, and intra-abdominal pressure. Come build your community while cultivating connection to your resilient postpartum body! This is a baby-friendly atmosphere where you don’t have to worry if your baby makes noise (yes, you can bring your baby with you!) Thursdays 12:30 pm
