Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum should be guided by experts. This isn’t the time in your life to just “stick with what you’ve been doing” (aka your regular yoga or fitness routine) or “hope for the best.” This is the time to GROW – in your strength, in your knowledge, and in your confidence. You deserve it, and your baby does too. Let’s do this.

You don’t have to be a yoga superstar to join GROW – we love beginners! And of course, babies are welcome in all of our classes.

Here’s what you need to know:

During summer we offer outdoor classes at the Burlington Surf Club, 50 Lakeside Ave. Turn right at the Hula building and you’ll find us at the end of the parking lot. Bring a mat, yoga block (optional) and a water bottle.

We offer indoor classes year-round in our studio at 696 Pine Street. Park and enter through the back of the building. If you can’t find parking, loop around the building again and a spot will probably open up. We have props to borrow or you can bring your own.

All of our in person classes are streamed on Zoom, so you can catch a class from anywhere if you aren’t local or feel most comfortable staying home to exercise. We also have a content library of recorded classes you can do anytime.
