Prenatal Yoga is a community-oriented class combining stretching, strengthening, and mindful connection to baby. WE offer prenatal-specific information and modifications which are crucial for a pregnant person to practice yoga during their pregnancy. as well as valuable information about your pregnancies and birth preparation. Many of our classes begin with a short community chat so that you can ask questions and introduce yourself. Offered Mon. 6 pm, Tues. 12:30 pm, Wed. 6 pm, Sun. 10:30 am.

Strength & Conditioning is a cardio-focused yoga class where you can expect a safe combination of low-impact isometric strengthening exercises and full body movements to get your heart rate up. You’ll be led through a warm up followed by core connection and activation, and full body functional fitness. Class will end with a cool-down and rest to center your body and mind. Offered Mon. 6 pm, Wed. 8:45 am, Sat. 11:30 am.

GROW STRONG Prenatal Training, taught by Kaleigh Mulpeter, Doctor of Physical Therapy & E-RYT, combines pregnancy-safe abdominal strengthening, hip and pelvic mobility for birth prep, and full-body nourishing flow to provide you with an empowering movement practice during pregnancy. Class will include modifications for common pregnancy-related aches and pains, and thoughtful awareness of your pelvic floor, abdominals, and intra-abdominal pressure.  Offered Thurs. 12:30 pm, recordings available for those who cannot attend live. Have you registered for a birth class yet?  Our birth classes are informational, unbiased, empowering and fun. It’s best to sign up early to avoid being placed on a waiting list. We recommend taking childbirth classes 8-10 weeks before due date, and newborn care and breastfeeding/chestfeeding about a month before due date.)
