Prenatal Yoga is a community-oriented class combining stretching, strengthening, and mindful connection to baby. WE offer prenatal-specific information and modifications which are crucial for a pregnant person to practice yoga during their pregnancy. as well as valuable information about your pregnancies and birth preparation. Many of our classes begin with a short community chat so that you can ask questions and introduce yourself.
Barre combines a traditional approach of sustained holds & micro-movements with elements of yoga, dance and instructor Danielle Haven’s own pre/postnatal journey. This total body class is set to upbeat music and aims to leave you feeling inspired, connected, and strong.

Have you registered for a birth class yet? Our birth classes are informational, unbiased, empowering and fun. It’s best to sign up early to avoid being placed on a waiting list. We recommend taking childbirth classes 8-10 weeks before due date, and newborn care and breastfeeding/chestfeeding about a month before due date.)
