Postnatal Yoga/Flow Yoga for Parents is a moderately-paced yoga class that relieves shoulder and back pain, strengthens deep abdominal and pelvic muscles, and builds stamina and flexibility. We begin the class with a short community check-in.
We believe that yoga truly is for all ages! Our babies and kids yoga classes interpret the main principles of yoga – connection to breath, strength and health in body, and peacefulness in mind – in classes that are age-appropriate and leave us all feeling good.
