Community and Equity are key to our mission at GROW, and we embody these values by offering a free 25 minute consultation (aka “coffee chat”) with a GROW educator either in our GROW education space at Maitri or online.

The topics of the chat are up to you - they can range from emotional support to help with physical discomforts to birth educational tips. We’re here for you as you GROW your family.
