Sleep struggles in the first year are a common experience for families that often go unsupported. Join us for a monthly free 1-hour sleep support gathering led by a certified pediatric sleep consultant.

Many parents of NICU infants report ongoing trauma and the need for connection with other NICU parents beyond the first year. This support and playgroup fills that gap and provides ongoing opportunities for peer support

1 weekend/month seasonally, check back for dates and locations

This group is a welcoming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ families with babies and young children to connect and socialize.

Last Sunday of month, check back in summer months for details.
