Waldorf Wonderland

  • Embark on a whimsical learning experience filled with enchanting nature stories, simple rhythmic songs, and movement games. Guided by Waldorf School teacher Zoe Elliston, GROW’s Waldorf Circle Time fosters creativity, social interaction, and a deep connection to community.

GROW Yoga Kids

  • Get ready for giggles, stretches, and smiles in our lively GROW Kids Yoga class! Join our little yogis as they explore yoga through imaginative play, games, and music, fostering happy hearts, healthy bodies, and a whole lot of fun! Guardians are invited to join the fun too, creating special bonding moments during this joyful adventure.

Grow Kids Creative Yoga

  • Our GROW Kids Creative yoga class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and breath work in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina. Kids Creative Yoga is full of energy and FUN!

Music with Miss Emma

  • Music with Miss Emma is rooted in the Music for Sprouts philosophy of exploring movement, improvisation, and the seasons in a safe space for kiddos to explore their creativity & connect with one another. You can expect “traditional” kids songs, favorite tunes from the Music for Sprouts classroom, and inspired songs written by Emma.

Baby Massage and Song

  • Learn new movements and songs to sooth and connect with your baby. Research suggests that infant massage has various health benefits including digestive comfort, better sleep, positively affecting infant hormones that control stress, and reducing crying.

Tots On The Move

  • Physical play joins creativity in this yoga and movement class. With singing voices and stretching bodies, we will lean into our imaginations as we fly and slither into new yoga worlds. Be ready for some exciting, creative movement, song and yoga. This class is perfect for your little one who loves to play!

Tween and Teen Yoga

Outdoor Adventures

  • GROW Kids Adventures is a community building, supportive chance to enjoy an outdoor experience together. We will follow a rhythm of simple circle songs and movement games, hiking and nature walks, and fun exploration time for kiddos with new development building activities every week.

Kindermusik®

Nature Yogis

  • Calling all Nature lovers ages 1.5-5 years! We'll greet the sun outdoors in this class full of movement, creativity and song, and use our surroundings as the catalyst for our nature themed yoga. Be ready to crawl like bugs, fly like birds, and blow like wind as your child explores yoga poses and mindful breathing!

Yoga at Adam’s Berry Farm

  • Enjoy GROW Yoga Kids at The Farm during summer months! This all ages class will blend song, poses and games for the whole family, walker and up.

Locations and Parking

Burlington classes are located at 696 Pine Street. Parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.

Richmond classes are located at 53 Railroad Street. Parking is available opposite the hardware store facing the railroad tracks, in municipal lots, and on the street. Please do not park in the Richmond Market lot. Our Richmond studio is on the second floor of a building with stairs. Please email susan@growfamilyvt.com if you need accommodations for class.

Signing up a sibling?

Use code SIBLINGDISCOUNT on the second registration for 20% off. Please note, parents/guardians participate in all classes for up to age 5 unless a different arrangement is made with the teacher.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration before the start of the second class and receive a refund minus the cost of the first class and a 5% fee. After the second class there are no refunds or credits for cancellations.

Make Up Policy

You are invited to make up missed classes in any other kids class in the same location or in one of our adult classes. You do not need to schedule your make up, you can just show up and let the teacher know you are doing a make up. Make ups MUST be completed by the end of the session.

Membership Discount

Our auto-recurring members of any level get 15% off all series using code 15PERCENT. Members have access to all of our in person and online drop-in yoga & fitness classes, plus our content library of recordings.

Gumby Guppies

  • Yoga and sailing camp for ages 6-7

  • July 10-14 2024 or August 14-18, 2024

  • 9am-4pm

Our Gumby Guppies will enjoy a dynamic day of yoga and sailing. In partnership with the Lake Champlain Sailing Center, this camp will begin with the basics of yoga and yoga games both on land and out on Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs.). After waking their bodies up with yoga, the campers will take to the water and learn the basics of sailing on our 23-foot keelboats.

Prerequisites: Campers should be prepared to do a brief swim check while wearing a personal floatation device (PFD)

YoGirls and Sailing

  • Girls only yoga and sailing camp for ages 8-10

  • July 17-21 2024 or August 7-11, 2024

  • 9am-4pm

  • $480

In partnership with the Lake Champlain Sailing Center, this camp combines our love of yoga with our love of sailing. Through yoga and sailing, our campers will connect to both the land and the lake environments as they practice balance, gain strength and become more flexible in the outdoors. Campers will start their day with yoga both on land and on SUPs and learn the basics of sailing in the afternoon.

Prerequisites: Basic swimming proficiency
